There are 7 golf courses in the immediate area owned by Crystal Springs Resort.  You can check them out on their web site and book directly with them.

There is a reason everything has a rock, spring, creek or mountain in its name.  The area has immense rock formations with springs and is a natural habitat for black bears.

Places To Eat (Breakfast/Lunch)

These are recommendations from local residents.  These could be great choices for breakfast or even a lunch.  They are in Vernon Township which is North on 94, a couple of minutes past the Appalachian

As for breakfast there is one place in town in the complex of the A&P. It is called "Lox of Bagels." Yelp Lox of Bagels  They have the best Taylor ham bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel in all of Northern New Jersey. 

One alternative that is about a mile away from lox of bagels, is called "Place by the Tracks." Either place will give you a great breakfast, but neither have much seating for a large group, so you would have to order and pick it up. 

The only place I would recommend that could hold a large group would be a place right near the mountain called "The Mixing Bowl". Yelp Mixing Bowl
